Action:
Change the print spool settings.
1) Click 'Start' button to display the Windows 'Start' menu.

2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'.

3) Click the 'Details' tab.
4) Click 'Spool Settings...'.
5) Click 'Print Directly to the Printer'.
6) (Optional) If 'Bidirectional for this printer' options are not grayed out, select 'Disable bi-directional support for this printer'.
NOTE: Not all printers have this option.
7) Click 'OK'.
8) Click 'Apply'.
9) Click the 'General' tab.
10) Click 'Print Test Page'. (Wait for the prompt stating the print job has printed.)
